Four men have been arrested in connection with a double homicide in McCormick County. At around 1:50 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2017, the McCormick County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at Sapp's Bar & Grille. Two people, later identified as Steven Banks and Joel Turner, were killed in that shooting.
Deputies say a victim was wounded in a shooting in Greenville County Thursday night. The call came in at 10:58 p.m. Officials with Greenville County Sheriff's Office said they responded to Emerald Commons Apartment Complex on White Horse Road for a shots fired call, and when they go there, discovered a gunshot victim.

One man is dead and two others injured following a shooting in Eastover Saturday night, according to the Richland County Sheriff's Department. Deputies say they responded to a shots fired call at Henry and Main Streets in Eastover around midnight Saturday. Upon arrival, investigators say they found three male victims with gunshot wounds to the upper body. All three victims were were transported to a local hospital, say deputies.

A man has died in a house fire early Friday morning on Aulden Drive in Johnsonville, according to Johnsonville Fire Chief Henry Humphries. Humphries said a call came into 911 saying a mobile home was on fire. He added by the time firefighters got to the scene the home was covered in flames.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating after an employee of the Greenville County Sheriff's Office, who is not a law officer, hit a cyclist. Troopers said the crash happened at 7:27 p.m. on East Park Street near Church Street. Police said the Sheriff's Office employee was not in a county vehicle. Greenville police are investigating a shooting and a hit-and-run near the North Main neighborhood that left one man wounded and several suspects in custody. Investigators believe the shooting was not random and it appears the people involved all knew each other, police said. Greenville Chief Ken Miller said a gunshot victim was reported just before 2 p.m. near Rutherford Road and North Main Street.
