Fire crews responded to a mobile home fire on Brailsford Road in McClellanville. Crews responded at 3:10 a.m. to the unoccupied mobile home, that's according to Awendaw-McClellanville fire officials. There were no injuries reported but the cause is still under investigation.

Police responded to shooting Sunday morning at the Evergreen Court Apartments in Bennettsville, according to Bennettsville Police Chief Kevin Miller. Miller said he's been told the man shot had to undergo surgery. Bennettsville detectives made two arrests in connection with the shooting.
